Strong, sensual, erotic, these babes have it all...even four arms?
We all recognize the Mortal Kombat series as games that cater to a more mature audience. Primarily through gore, but more recently through the pure sex appeal of their female cast. So, let's discuss the hottest female characters in Mortal Kombat! Sound like fun? I thought so!
Before I start throwing out names of the most scantily clad ladies, there are some guidelines I have to stick to. Otherwise we risk twisting the very fabric of the universe...or at the very least, making a random mess of an otherwise gorgeous top 10 list. First off, we have to remember, this is a website dedicated to PC games. This means that I can't include games that didn't come out on PC. Sorry to all the huge Mortal Kombat fans, but it just wouldn't be fair. Imagine the lowly PC gamer drooling over the hotness of a virtual babe, knowing he'll forever be deprived of the pleasure of actually playing with said babe. Tragic, I know.
Luckily the recent years have been kind to us computer users and we got two great games! Especially the most recent, Mortal Kombat X, promises to bring nearly all the characters to the PC...in time...probably with DLC. At least we get glimpses of them in the story videos, but that's not enough to bring them to the list. Yep, that's right, only playable characters are acceptable. Only playable Mortal Kombat females that appear in the PC titles are allowed on the list. Sounds very limited, but believe it or not, there's plenty to enjoy still.
Finally, what did I base this whole ranking on? Apart from general sex-appeal of course. Often enough you see players discussing how some like Kitana because she's a princess, or Mileena's feisty evil attitude etc. Well, I'm not going into that. That's a matter of personal taste and besides, it's just lifeless pixels. Instead, I'm going with general visual appeal. Lifeless they may be, but they are pixels none the less and those pixels can paint a pretty picture. Now - on with the list!
10. D'Vorah
D'Vorah, the bug-babe.
Our first lovely lady hails from Outworld and is of the Kytinn species. She is the first advisor to the current emperor, Kotal Kahn, thanks to playing a key role in helping him reach the throne. That's about all we can say about her without revealing her hidden agenda...whoops, I said too much already.
D'Vorah is the most risqué dressed of all the latest Mortal Kombat females, which earns her some major props. Also, she has a major fanservice scene (the only fanservice scene at all) with another hottie much higher on this list. Her walk and her moves are rather sexualized, but she still loses massive points due to one huge turn off. She's a freakin' bug!
9. Cassie Cage
This is what you get when you put together Sonya and Johnny.
Much like D'Vorah, Cassie is another newcomer to the competition. Daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade (anyone see that coming?), she's from Earthrealm and, thank god, is human. While her attire isn't anything provocative, one might say she could use some armor on her top part. Her alternative outfit does net some extra points for those oh-so-tight pants.
This spot could have just easily gone to her comrade Jacqui, a dark-skinned army girl with a very loose tank-top under that breastplate. However, Cassie narrowly won her spot thanks to a few scenes with some very inviting curse words.
8. Sheeva
More arms, more possiblities, right? ... Right? *gulp*
The first question that comes to peoples' minds is "Sheeva, really?". A large half-dragon, half-human Shokan? Honestly, I have no clue. She's just hot. Maybe it's me? Or maybe it's the fact that Sheeva only has a few thin strips of cloth covering her surprisingly curvy body and is the only character in MK 9 who's chest size is actually appropriate for her build? Or maybe the arms, I'm not really sure.
7. Sindel
Despite the movie's lackluster quality, Sindel is still stunning!
Well, you must be thinking that there's something wrong with me. First Sheeva and now even Sindel. Sindel, Kitana's mother, who's well in her ancient years and even partially undead? I agree with you there, but her body sure doesn't look it. Plus, she has this whole goth thing going for her.
If none of that does it for you, just check out that amazing sequence from Mortal Kombat 9 where she walks in the HQ of Earth's defenders and starts dealing out some serious punishment. She knows how to use her body.
6. Tanya
Tanya looks quite different from her MK4 version, I wonder what comes next?
Another "say what?". Especially since the criteria on this list can only mean the Tanya from MK 4. She may not be very interesting. Just another dark-skinned female character in the Mortal Kombat universe. Yes, she's a bit of a backstabber, yes, she may have an annoying attitude, but let's put that aside and focus on her figure.
In Mortal Kombat 4 she is the fan-service, probably to make up for hardly any females in that title. Her very revealing yellow bathing suit (I can't call it anything else), with high boots looks very inviting, if in a "red light district" sort of way. If that gets you a little excited, then this will send you over the top - her bone-breaker move.
Tanya literally jumps on her opponent's head, I'm talking thigh-on-shoulder-crotch-in-face on the head, and twists it around like that. Ouch! Her fatality even involves the same move, only she spins three times. Triple ouch, but if I had to die, that's the way I'd like to go!
5. Kitana
Not sure I'd go near her with those fan blade open like that...
The lovely princess of Edenia - Kitana! Not sure why she is so lovely, though. For some inexplicable reason her jaw leaves a lot to be desired. Her curves are pure female though, which is why she gets a high spot on the list. It's a curious case really. This girl never does anything remotely sexy, but her outfit in Mortal Kombat 9 scores big time, while the plastic surgery in MK 10 gives her face a much better look. Now she's attractive even without the mask!
Let's give her a break though. She's a princess, whose father was murdered by her now step-father, whom she rose up against after her mother died... no wonder she never does anything sexy. This chick has serious issues.
4. Sonya
If you were ever looking for the real-life Sonya, it doesn't get much closer than this. Wow!
If you started questioning this list's taste in female characters, then this should set you straight. Honestly, who wouldn't put Sonya here? A member of Special Forces in Earthrealm and one of the mainstay females of the series. Believe it or not, it's not her MK 9 version that I'm most fond of. It's the one from Mortal Kombat 4. Say what?
In Mortal Kombat 4 she had a much better figure. Nothing over emphasized and her legs were to die for! Thanks to the graphics, she even looked like she was wearing leggings instead of tight combat pants. Plus, did you hear her scream? In all honesty, Sonya was always a sort of punching bag in the games (and the movie), which gave her a different kind of appeal. Lots of grunting, moaning, screaming and it was really pronounced in MK4.
3. Mileena

Now this babe has it all! The revealing outfit, the shapely body, the sensual movements, the teeth. Teeth? Yikes! Sorry, Mileena, you lose a few for that one. Don't be too sad though, it's not your fault. Blame it on Shao Kahn who thought it would be a good idea to add a touch of Tarkatan DNA to your mix.
Still, Mileena is one of the hottest Mortal Kombat females of all time. Seriously, have you seen her secret outfit in Mortal Kombat 9? That's just pure fanservice! While removing the mask doesn't do much for her, she did get some plastic surgery done by MK 10 and got a proper mouth to go with the teeth. I guess that's a step up.
2. Jade

Now this is probably no surprise. Jade is Kitana's best friend and sticks with her through thick and thin, but she leaves her in the dust on this list. Though they're both ninja girls, much like Mileena, Jade is a step up, if only because of her dark skin.
Okay let's get real, the chick uses her staff as a pole to celebrate victory! Come on, how hot is that? Also, she somehow manages to have the sexiest body in Mortal Kombat 9, despite all the girls supposedly sharing the same model. Maybe it's the fact that her outfit is cut in all the right places.

Alright, so she's not really canon. Somehow she ended up in this crazy tournament with so many other characters because of a glitch. I am now very grateful for that glitch. She was given her own character in Mortal Kombat 9 and what a character it is! I don't know why, but somehow that combination of red, her outfit, her hair, eyes, everything sort of works. That curvy character model and revealing outfit actually looks natural on her.
Add to that her very blood-based move set, possibly reminding us of another fiery redhead (Blood Rayne, anyone?). She is just hot, pure and simple. Not trying too hard, not in your face, just pure outright sexy hotness. That's why I vote her the hottest of Mortal Kombat females.
