My name is Baris and I am a writer and life-long gamer at heart. For the last couple of years, I have worked as a content writer on a variety of topics and interests. Now, I write about videogames & the gaming industry — my biggest hobby and passion!

I have been a gamer for almost three decades now, going all the way back to 1992 starting off on Super Mario Bros on the NES. My favorite genres include RPG’s MMORPG’s, RTS games, first-person shooters and survival horror games. These are the genres I love and have dedicated myself to most.

Some of my favorite games & franchises include The Witcher, Baldur’s Gate, Diablo, WoW, Bioshock, Zelda: A link to the past, Donkey Kong Country, Modern Warfare 2, Heroes of the Storm, Resident Evil, Dark Souls, The Elder Scrolls, Doom and countless others.

I think as gamers we can all agree that the industry could use some shaking up. I am an advocate for content that is created for gamers by gamers — and that is what I seek to contribute to. Content that informs and helps you get ahead and not pay-to-win models or microtransactions.
