Osha Newsome is the Chief Creative Officer and blogging guru at Muse Productions LLC, a fabrication company specializing in video game recreations based in Orlando, Florida. She is responsible for dozens of blog posts and instructables on cosplay construction as well as reviews of horror/RPG games.
Osha regularly is finding better uses for duct tape and EVA foam and frequently spends her downtime playing the latest horror/survival game guaranteed by various marketing departments to scare her silly. With an extensive background in writing cosplay how-to's and the Geeky Girl's Guide to Video Games, Osha's is setting a new standard in taking what you see on the screen and making it a reality. Her work is often seen at local conventions like DragonCon, MegaCon, and Tampa Bay’s Comic Con.
A gamer since 1995, and currently an instructor in Game and Simulation design for Orange County Public Schools, Osha is passionate about the return of retro style gaming and regularly tweeks her Raspberry Pi to run classics like Castlevania and Ghosts ‘n Goblins. She also enjoys modern horror/survival games like Silent Hill, The Evil Within, and Resident Evil. Sharing her love of these games with the next generation fuels her passion for retro game reviews and new game critiques.
In her spare time Osha is typically painting abstract impressions of Dark Souls characters or forcing her dogs into yet another piece of armor.
