Dan has played every major console for the past 40 years. He still likes old-school 8 bit and table top games, but mostly plays modern RPG and strategy games. He spent the early part of his career editing scientific papers before moving into fiction and journalism. He holds a BA in Communication from Arizona State University, and currently lives in Thailand with his wife and a cat named Piggy.
