Rafter
Austin is a freelance writer currently existing in the northeastern citadel known as New York City. After acquiring an innocuous Associates Degree in the damp forestland known as the PNW, he headed east and attended film school simply for the preference of Atlantic salmon over rainbow trout. Gaming since ’93 on his blurry, green Game Boy display, he loves RPGs, particularly the grindy, masochistic variety, and the more sci-fi and scarier, the better. Whilst waiting patiently for Half Life 3, he loves writing about games and movies, two of his favorite preoccupations, even beating out night skiing and dating. Even though technically still scared of the dark (but working through it), you’ll find him in dark corners of foggy areas, typing away on his non-light keyboard, green tea in hand.
