It really seems that the Western teams are taking a mighty beating this year and that the Chinese are on a road to victory.

The unstoppable Chinese team LGD Gaming have played exceptionally well throughout The International 2017 and after eliminating US team and TI6 runners-up Digital Chaos and Europeans OG in the second and third Lower Bracket rounds, respectively, they are preparing to face fellow Chinese hopefuls Invictus Gaming in the fourth Lower Bracket round.

LGD’s performance this year has been electric, so it’s absolutely no surprise that they’ve dominated this year. Team Digital Chaos were dignified in defeat at least, as the official Team Digital Chaos tweeted on Wednesday 9th of August “We wish we could have gone father but we are extremely proud of our run. GGWP @LGDgaming”.
