Set in the Warhammer fantasy world, in and around Ubersreik, players assume the role of one of 5 heroes. Each of these heroes have different abilities and skills, and using them, players must survive an apocalyptic invasion by hordes of rat-men, also known as Skaven.

Consisting of 13 diverse levels and hundreds of unique weapons the game also has a dynamic spawning system which provides a continuous set of challenges to experienced and new players alike.
