In Lone Survivor, players take control of a nameless man wearing a surgical mask, living alone in an apartment while the world around him has gone to hell and is now infested with zombies. With scant supplies, confusing hallucinations and maps, he must now explore the apartment complex, to find if anyone else survived whatever it was that destroyed the world - while also struggling with a more personal question. Is he still sane?

Lone Survivor is a survival adventure game in which players explore their surroundings to scrounge for resources necessary to stay alive, while also trying to find a way out, and grappling with psychological demons that threaten to be more dangerous than the actual horrors that lurk the corridors.
